19th Century Columbia River Figural Horn Spoon

This is a small, compact mountain sheep horn spoon with a figure on the end and carved designs on the underside of the spoon. The figure is on all fours with exposed rib cage. The bottom of the spoon has a large carved oval with concentric ovals inside. The sides of the spoon have parallel carved lines, concentric circles and opposing "V's".  It has some insect damage on the underside of the handle.  This is a rare and desirable piece of Columbia River art.
